Why Movement? move, groove and Love!

Why? I have to share because since I can remember I always felt best after I moved my body. No matter what was going on in my day, I would have such a big urge to do fitness, go running, go swimming, do yoga, hiking or diving. It was like “coming home”. Like my body is my home, also in the spiritual sense, my spirit is free but I have been given a body so why not connect and make it feel amazing? I asked myself.

This was something so personal and eye-opening to understand about myself that I want to share this with you.

When you think about the movement it means you think about Life. Life is flowing through you, you are alive and everything about you is moving. All the little organisms inside of you, your heart is pumping the blood through your veins, your intestines are moving the food through your body, separating the vitamins and minerals from the stuff which is not needed. In going so detailed this is just to remind you of how much movement there already is within you, without even having to do anything about it.

Now, of course, I understand that we all have a lot of daily tasks to do, running errands, work, and socializing. One thing will always always always be with you and that is your body. 

Checking in with your body will make you so much more aware of what you need, in order to feel really really good.
